· Sweden is one of the European countries where people begin to have sexual relations earlier, at 16.1 years, next to Denmark (16,1 years), Germany (15,9 years) and Iceland (15,6 years) (Durex 2005)
· In Italy and Sweden the number of sexual partners is the highest of Europe, 11.8, while the Spanish and the Germans have respectively 6.1 and 5.8 (Durex 2005)
· 66% of the Swedish have had unprotected sex without knowing their partner’s sexual history; it is the highest world percentage together with the Norwegians (73%) and the Greeks (70%). (Durex 2005)
